As an individual, this tool helps you identify your strengths, gain a better understanding of how you and your colleagues work, and develop a common language and vocabulary to better understand, describe and communicate with each other.

For organizational purposes, this tool helps create bonding and harmony

leverage individual strengths within a team, improve communication, help develop leadership skills

In this program, participants become aware of their own strengths and those of their colleagues. The potential of each strength is then explored, as well as their area of development, to create awareness and identify the complementarity between different team members. The next step is to integrate this element to solve specific problems.

Based on your organizational issues, I design and lead your team-building seminar using CliftonStrenghts® assessments.

Format. Example: 3×1.5h virtual sessions, in French/English/Spanish.
