On the business side, I have a degree from a business school, an MBA, and I am certified in project management and change management; I combine corporate and self-employed experience.

On the coach's side, I began to take interest in the high and multipotentials' careers over 25 years ago. I certified to more approaches and tools to better support my customers: Executive coaching, CliftonStrenghts, Personal Branding Strategist et 360Brand et Mastermind facilitator.

Ancienne membre de lthe International Coaching Federation, I respect a code of ethics.

I also trained myself in depth on High Potentials, non-violent communication and public speakingimportant topics to me.
